My top 6 priorities for new legislation

1A. Heip findig new jobs for laid of works in all types fields.

1. Improve the working conditions for all people: Safety, Workers' Compensation, Single Payer Medical Benefits and Secure Pensions.

2. Improve roads north of Sacramento on the east side of valley to encourage business to move north and help the current businesses during the current down turn of the economy.

3. Increase the funding for the state university and community colleges to help lower the cost for students so that everyone that wants to go to college will have the opportunity.

4. Return vocational classes to high schools for those students that do not wish to go to college. It will help keep them in school; they will learn a skill that could lead to a well-paying job that does not require education beyond high school.

5. Fund community colleges to provide training as an apprentice by union journeyman so students can pass the tests to advance into the building trades.

6. Improve the transportation for the veterans to get their medical treatments and resolve the issues that are holding up the building of their new hospitals in California.
